user status

HI

I created user status in Quality notification

I just want to know how to change user status automatically(like sap std.system status.

If particular task completed then user status automatically change in to completed status.

2.I copied the Std Q1 notification as Q4 and also extented screen layouts

but in q4 notification related notification screen not populated(not visible)

but in configuration ,026 relate notification is assigned.

If any one knows,plz guide me too
