SAP Cloud Platform integration WEB interface access to create datastore

Hi all!
I've got a customer that bought Sap Cloud Platform with Enterprise integrations services, formerly "SAP Cloud Platform, app services package, professional edition" and "SAP Cloud Platform Integration for SAP cloud applications".

SAP send to him different URL to access to these services:

1) SCP web access: https://account.hana.ondemand.com with customer's S-USER. Working fine;

2) SCP Cloud integrations, Web UI URL (Access via web browser): https://account_name-tmn.hci.eu1.hana.ondemand.com/itspaces

here I can define the integration package/artifacts (more or less clear)...

3) SCP Cloud integrations, Management URL (Access via Eclipse plugin):

https://account_name-tmn.hci.eu1.hana.ondemand.com

Not yet used. I suppose that I should use it in HANA Studio for creating integration flow (alternative to WEB UI URL?)

4) Runtime URL (Webservice url to be configured in backend systems):

https://account_name-iflmap.hcisbp.eu1.hana.ondemand.com

I don't know how I will use it, but till now (last 2 weeks) the URL answer:

Service Unavailable

No server is available to handle request or the application is temporarily down for maintenance. Excuse us for the inconvenience.

5) Certificate Information: from https://certmanager.websecurity.symantec.com there are different type of certificates, but I don't know how to use it...

6) Some other links to the SCP documentations.

Ok, now my questions are:

- where can I find the right URL to define DATASTORE for my Data Services Agent ?

follow this blog:

https://blogs.sap.com/2015/12/11/step-by-step-guide-to-setup-hci-ds-agent/and look at this picture:

https://blogs.sap.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/picture6_848957.png

Probably into https://integration.ondemand.com/DSoD/session/logon

but if I enter the <account_name> provided by SAP an error occour:

There is a problem verifying your organization. Contact SAP Support

I think I'm losing something...

Thanks!

Andrea

    And another question.

I've got a lot of confusion about "on-premise" connectivity, in particular connect SAP ECC/SAP BW on premise in a integration flow SCP/SCI.

I've to install only Data Services Agent (HCI DS Agent) and setup communication or DS Agent should be installed with HANA Cloud Connector?

Right now I'm following this series of blog:

    Thanks a lot again.
