Analysis for Office Word Error

Testing new Analysis for Microsoft Office SP2. When launching Word 2016 I receive an error in relation to the Analysis add on. When add on is disabled in Word issue is resolved but renders the add in for Word inoperable. Can't seem to find any info about this error on the web. Screenshot of error below:

    Joe- which SP2? For 2.5 or 2.4? I don't have any issues...

    • Could be our image of Windows. This started after SP1 for 2.5 was accessed for testing. Tried to find some answers on my own. When SP2 for 2.5 came out same result but wanted to reach out to the community for a few more hints. I think it revolves around the Customized User Interface aspect. Not certain though.

      Kind Regards,

      Joe
