We using CRM 5.0 IC web application

Default transaction type: 0010 interaction record

Dependent transaction TSRV service ticket.

We want to know if there is a place we can see the chain of events in specific activity.

Meaning if we create activity (based on 0010 or TSRV ) that deferent Business partners reference to it - it is possible to see in one view who say what ?

Any help will be useful.

Hi Tal,

I'm not sure what you need to do.

If you mean that you need to see all text from partners.

Look at LDOverview it should similar as working with DATES.
