Extended With holding tax

Dear Sap Masters,

Can any one tell how we will use with holding tax and Extended with holding taxes in realtime in SAP FICO.

Hi

Withholding tax will be used for deduction on vendor payment for certain acttivites

Example:- When paying rent

Paying advertisign expenses

contaract work...

In all the above scenairos when ever you pay to vendor you are suppose to deduct the TDS . You will collect from the vendor and pay back to govt every 15 days.
