Hi Experts,
We have service notifications created in ECC - IW51. These service notifications are replicated from ECC to CRM and are appearing in CRM table: SMONOTIFN. These Service notifications are to be seen in CRM Web UI. Can someone tell us how ECC service notifications are treated/viewed in CRM?
Appreciate tech configuration and process steps.
