Print program

Hi Experts..

We have done configuration in NACE for simple mail to be sent when a PO is created . We used the standard Print program for configuration which gave an error as the mail was not sent .

I would like know if anyone of you is aware of which Print program i should be using to do the config in NACE for "simple mail "code 7" .

Hi

I use the Access sequence 001, the programm FM06AEND and routine form CHANGE_FLAG, and default values "send immediatly" (code 4) and "External send" (Code 5) and "communication strategy " CS01.

Check in MNO1 that your output is define, and that the coomunication strategy is maintained (CS01 : internet) and that the output device is LOCL, and print immediatly is checked.

check with abaper whether the form routine mentioned in teh config for the output medium handles that or not...

if not it has to be handled in the form routine...

Once u get the solution can u give me the details of complete NACE as i too need to setup the same. if possible send me step wise detials
