When I am creating PO partner type in the PO is having PI. But when Idoc is sent this partner type PI is not being sent. Can I know in which partner function I should send this partner type information PI.

Is your partner role included in VOE3 customizing for EDI partners

In VOE3 invoice presented by is checked. I have the query in which partner function I can provide the Payee information ( Invoice presented by )

I am not really able to understand what you mean.
Is the partner role not in your PO?
In the purchase order partner role is used as PI. but it is not appearing in the PO idoc.
I have figured out that RS partner function in the idoc can be used to dispaly information for the partner role PI
I am checking partner function ZE - Payment recipient is this correct suit for partner type PI.
What function IDOC being used?
With an option try with VN-partner function but check partner functions(VN, GS and PI) configured for your PO type.

We are already using VN partner function for supplier. I am searching best suited partner function for Payee i.e. partner type PI.
I created purchase order with partner type PI but it is not seen in idoc Orders05.
