Hi Folks,
We've a issue where Contact persons maintained in C4C are removed whenever there is a change in customer information in ECC. We do not maintain contact person in ECC but only in C4C, so whenever there is a change in ECC system the system is removing the contact person maintained in C4C. We do not want this action please let us know what can be done to avoid contact person removal.

in a standard scenario, we maintain contactPersonListCompleteTransmissionIndicator as True, missing of any contact details in DEBMAS, the C4C will remove that contact for the account as well.
But in your case, you would like to retain the C4C local contacts, and for that the indicator has been set as False, hence there wouldn't be any actions taken for that contact in C4C.
You need to set constant "false" for contactpersonlistcompletetransmissionindicator.

The issue with this solution is the fact that when you remove a contact in ECC, it will remain in C4C and won't be deleted !!!
In this case I recommend to maintain deletion manually in both systems ECC and C4C.
