pop up window : conatin buttons

Hi friends,

I need to generate a pop up window based on a condition.

I can use FM POPUP_TO_CONFIRM, but I need follwing values to be displayed on the pop up window.

1)Three variable values

2)PUSH buttons (5 BUTTONS)

please help in this regard as soon as possible.
