How to resolve CDT that stays on "Waiting" status ?

I we are currently experiencing the following problem:

Our clients are able to launch their CDT’s from their local machines but the application stays on the waiting status. We have collected their local logs and below are the findings:

Contact Center CDT:

Contact Center Terminal:

Please advise on resolving the above-mentioned problem.
