Hi,

Is there any SAP Profile Parameters which controls the [ Background Jobs ] getting executed.

Also I would like to know especially if there are any Timeout Parameters for Background jobs getting executed in the ABAP System.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Hi,

That cleared my doubt.

Thanks a lot.

Is there any alternative way to set a time out (common) for all the background jobs getting executed ?

Hi

Thanks a lot for your reply.

Actually I would like to assign it ( common ), irrespective of the person who is executing..

are there any possibilities ?

Thanks again

Hi

I close this thread concluding that there is no timeout concept for Background Work processes.

Thanks a lot everyone for taking the trouble in answering my queries.

Have a great Day.
