Failed During Assembly Stage in CMS

Hi All,

When We are trying to Assemble Exported Scenario from DEV system to TST

system using CMS, It is failing at Assembly stage with following error :-

    Is this the first transport through using CMS?

    Have you had this working before?

    It seems there maybe some config left to do...
