Role related Issue.

Dear SAP Experts,

I have the following issue,

We have more Business Area.

We have the following to be done,

No1.

One user(relating to One Business area) should not enter any document in the Other Business area.

Even ledger should not display details of other Business area.

No2

Head should have the access for all the Business area in the company code.

How to do this,

hi Naresh,

both you can do through authorizations, the object is F_BKPF_GSB.

1. Here you enter a specific value for each person, who should have auth only to one business area.

2. Here you enter a * for each person who should have access to all businessa areas.

Talk to your authorization expert, he should know what to do...

But My client has one more requirement.

They want Selected List of GL Accounts to be displayed for Selected

Roles.

How can we configure this?

same way: you have accounting group for G/L accounts as well (SKB1-BEGRU)
