IT0024 , Individual Development Plan -"State" field -Urgent!

Hello All,

My question is regarding TEM.

During the Follow Up activity of a Business Event, when i transfer the qualification to the person it gets transferred and infotype 24 gets updated.

Now if I go to PA20 -> type the person -> view the details of 24 infotype it shows the following result

Qualification -> it gets transfered

Now go to Individual Development tab ....in this tab the "State" column it is not showing as completed.... instead it is showing <b>nothing</b>

Pls tell me where is the mistake and what should be done if that column should show as "Completed"....!

The Individual Development plans need to be defined in IMG.

In SPRO,From the node for ' Automatic State Assignment' , check the State Key - 'Event Fin'.

This will define what is the original state and the target state when you carry out the Business event follow up.

I hope in SPRO, you have defined the Course Type as an Individual Items in the Development plan.

In PA30, when as further processing when you change the status to current of a development plan item -course type, it will take you to booking of a course.

After booking, when you do follow up, check the 'Historically record' box on the 'Follow up' screen and transfer the qualifications.

When u check back in PA20, the status should change to completed for 'Course Type'

Hello All,

Pls help me out, in following:

I am not able to see the "Status" in IT0024 for Individual devp plan tab.

From where does this state filed gets updated? If I am not not mistaken when we follow up with the business event, then the state filed gets updated.

In IT0024 individual devp tab field, I can see the business event type D, but I am not able to see the state / status of that business event like - completed, current etc etc...

pls help me out for same
