Order balance is zero still getting error message KO115 "Order balance is not zero"

Hi All ,

I am doing business closure of our PM order. After TECO , I have settled the order using KO88. Now the balance in order is showing as ZERO under "Plan/Actual" tab.

But when I am doing business closure its showing me error message KO115 saying "Order balance is not zero".

Please help.

If you are on S4CORE and note 2438346 has been implemented in your system, please apply note 2461066 to solve it.

1. Acertada solucionó nuestro problema en S4Hana 1610, no permitía cerrar comercialmente las órdenes porque estás poseían saldo, y se consultaba y no poseían, se aplicó la nota 2461066 por la Snote y todo funcionó OK.

It says "Balance of Order XXXX is not zero". Although cost is fully settled and balance is 0.
