while assing FM area to controlling area

this error comming..

FM area and controlling area have different company codes

Message no. U2 026

where can i check??/

Check in SPRO>Enterprise structure>Assigbnment>Financial acctg>Assign coocde to FM area.

and also check the assignment of co code to controlling area

i think the company code assignment is wrong.
