Service shopping cart follow on doc linkage not correct

Hi,

We have been using SRM 3.0 for three years and recently we came across with the following issue.

When we create a order temporary labor with Service, Expenses and

Overtime in SRM, this creates a Purchase Req in back end ECC.

It has always been the case that Item #1 (Service) of Shopping cart

becomes Item # 3 of Pur Req in ECC. Item # 2 (Expense) of cart becomes

Item # 1 of Pur Req and Item # 3 (Overtime) of cart becomes Item # 2 of

the Pur Req. However the follow on doc linkage in the eBuyer use to be perfect. That means, Item # 1 of Cart gets linked to Item # 3 of Pur Req, Item # 2 of

Cart with Item # 1 of Pur Req, and Item # 3 of Cart with Item # 2 of

Pur Req.

However recently it has been noticed that, sporadically, the linkage is

not working properly. Item # 1 of shopping cart instead of linking to

Item # 3 of Pur Req, links to item # 1 of Pur Req and so are Item # 2

and 3 of the Cart are linking to Item # 2 & 3 of Pur Req respectively.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Venkat
