We are facing issue while doing changes from CUA system but unexpected changes happened in child system. I am attaching example of 1 case here, we are not able to understand why such misbehaviour of CUA functionality.
1 user was locked in child, when I unlocked his user, the system changed his “user group” and “password”. It didn’t make sense, because the “user group” field is not changeable in child and the change action should only be done by CUA system.
Can anybody tell why such user change logs are displaying in child system when we are only unlocked the user and on the same time frame there is no change showing in CUA system.
