Create New Column in Appraisal Template

Hello,

Can you please tell me if we can create a new column for "Interim Review" in the Appraisal template. The number of columns seems to be pre defined. I can create a criterion group / criterion for INterim review but would rather have a column just like the "Final Appraisal" to capture the interim review ratings.

we are on ECC 6.0.

Any help will be much appreciated
