How to insert End of Probation Period field in EC notifications?

Hello,

I have created a rule to send a notification 1 month prior to the end of the Probation Period. The business rule, workflow and notifications all work, but currently we are not able to correctly insert the actual "Probationary Period End Date" from the Job Information. When we use the [[EFFECTIVE DATE]] token, it displays the effective date of the data change. Here is the business rule and the alert message configured. Please help!

Did you solve this by any chance. I had a similar situation now and I am looking for a token which is capable of displaying date from probation end date field of an employee.
If you have solved this already, can you please share the token which needs to be used for probation end date field will be of help
