Hi,
Can someone please explain me the roadmap of Silverlight?
All our customers are using Fiori as front-end C4C. We try to use as much as possible the HTML5 view for administrator related tasks such as Business Configuration and Administrator.
But following still requires the use Silverlight:
- Create a service agent (first time login in C4C)
- Request a production tenant (Service Control Center is not available in HTML5)
- Raise a user-friendly ticket (HTML5 or Fiori doesn't support the helpcenter like in Silverlight where it's possible to raise an incident directly to Provider. When I raise an incident in HTML5, it takes longer that SAP handles it comparing to Silverlight... Even you can raise an incident as Very high.)

Hello Arian,
We are improving HTML5 and Fiori on every new release. You can find all the enhanced new features in the what is new session. The ideia is that until the end of the next year HTML5 and Fiori do have all the functionalities available for Silverlight.
