BEX condition - filter selected records form DB

Hi,

I have this request:

have to filter out all records with the value 0 in one KeyFigure.

The problem exist, when I remove the most of the characteristics for the query, while I have to see just the whole results.

There OLAP aggregation then combine some records with value 0 and GT 0, the aggregated line get the SUM and the condition for this record is not valid anymore - it is displayed (or aggregated in result).

I know this is because the condition just filter out the result.

I would like to filter out records, when they are read form the DB!

How this could be done?

ThanX, Tom

    Tom,

Try out with a condition on the query to display records with value > 0.

    Hi Venkat

don't you think I already tried this ??

I know how to create a condition, I just want the filer to be excetuded on a single record from DB, not on the record in query.

    ThanX
