Why can't the Service Request form template be opened by Easy Form Editor?

Hi experts

I'm trying to add the signature field on the service request form template so if I preview a ticket summary, I can see the signature I did attached to it, similar to how signatures can be attached to sales quotes.

Problem is, I can't open the service request form template using the easy form editor. That's where we can add more fields, in my case, the signature field.

Testing with our internal system, it is working fine from our side.
