    Hi Srihari,

    Kly recall teletalk we had.

    I repeat what I explained earlier:

    Confirmation of assigned activities will update the following date fields in the WBS element( provided "no date update" is not selected in the confirmation transaction):

    1) Tentative actual start date

    2) Tentative actual finish date

    For tansferring these dates as actual dates, you can go ahead as below:

    Logistics->Project System->Dates->Actual dates->Edit ->Reconcile dates- Determine actual dates.

    Instead of the menu path, you can execute the transaction code: CJ25

    Input the project ID or WBS, select activity radio button and execute. This will open-up the entire structure. Select the WBSE for which you want to transfer dates from tentative to actual. Then edit->reconcile dates->determine actual dates

    With this tentative dates will be transferred as actual dates and actual duration also will get updated.

    Hope thie solves your problem.

    If so, kindly acknowledge the same.

    Hi Srihari,

    Please check in the project builder against corresponding WBS elements (under date tab) whether duration is calculated. If duration is calculated in the project builder, there is no reason why it is not captured in the report.
