Sandeep,

If you are running your query in the Analyser then your scenario of splitting the view is the only way to go.

If you are running your query in the WAD the Excel restriction wont apply.

With that volume of information it must be difficult to read the report, do you need to display all that information?

Hello Leo,

Thanks for your quick reply. I am new to BW. I require the entire information to be displayed in workbook. What exactly is splitting the view ? Let me know how to proceed on this.

Thanks,

Hi,

If you are using the Analyser then it just isn't going to fit - no option here bar to display 255 values on Sheet 1 and then the rest on sheet 2 etc.?

Is it characteristics that are exceeding 255 values or key figures?

can it be done in workbook with any VBA macro.

Even with any VBA logic - Excel has a limit of 255 columns so you can't get around this.

Do you need to see all 255 key figures? Are they used to derive formula that you can hide the key figures that make up a formula?

Actually yes all the keyfigures are required by the end users is the requirement. No key figure can be hidden. Any alternative which can be done for this workbook.
