While viewing the vendor balance display under T code FBL1n, can we able to see the data entered by the user in document header field.I have tried the layout change ,but could not able to find the field.
Further to this if you want the header text to be displayed, you have to define the same in "define additional field for line item display" in FA->AR/AP->Vendor a/cs ->line items->display line items ->Define add fields
FBL1N cannot display header text as it is Vendor line item display. The text field displayed in the report is the text that you enter for Vendor line in the document. All values displayed here are taken from Vendor line except for standard fields like document number , posting date etc
Have you checked the field in the layout change in the right side - select find button give header text you will get the field and select & move it to left.
If still you are't able to see means...do as said above
