hello all,

unfortunately i get the error message "service can not be reached" when I do a right mouse click on my project and choose "Deploy to sapui5 application to abap repository" then the System via the destination name I have defined previously in the SAP Cloud platform Cockpit. I have "tested" the destination in the cockpit and got a successful message.

in the Webusage I have used following parameters:

dev_abap,odata_abap,ui5_execute_abap,bsp_execute_abap

how to solve this issue?

I can not connect my Webide to Abap backend.

regards

Berti

Hello Berti,

Checking the destination in the SAP Cloud Cockpit is not sufficient. I suggest you try whether you see the deployed SAPUI5 applications in your back-end system from your Web IDE via File > Import > Application from SAPUI5 ABAP Repository.

If you do not see those, you can of course not deploy either. In this case I would first check whether your SAP Cloud Connector was not connected to your SAP Cloud Platform Account. Then I would check, that the User and Password are correct. Finally, you do not need the bsp_execute_abap property, but I don't think this should hurt either.

Best regards

Frank
