reverse sub contracting process

Here my clint requirement is reverse subcontracting process( they take rawmaterial from vender, they will prepare finished goods and send to the venders)total reverse process to the sub contracting. if any material is there regarding this please send to my mail

hi,

as i understand this can be done as a normal factory sale scenario wherein the vendor is also the customer. u only need to charge the cusotmer for your labor charges and hte excise liability.
