Automatic delivery creation for stock transfer order

Hi,

What are the available ways to create automatic outbound delivery for stock transfer order? I want the outbound delivery to be created when the stock transfer order is saved. What are the steps to be followed to do the same.

Is using the BADI /SPE/OUTB_DELIVRY is the only way or is there anyother wayout?
