I'am unable to run batch files in my EP server.Anybody please help me.

Are you on any OS other than Windows?
I'am on Windows 2003 Server SP2
what error do you get when you execute these .bat files?

when i'am trying to execute configtool.bat this is the error am getting "System cannot find the path specified.program terminated abnormally"
since all it runs is a java runtime environment id guess it cannot find the java.exe. You might want to check your JAVA_HOME environment variable setting on the server.
