Dear All

Users is has All - Authorization . but i can't go to transaction ( basic admin : SU01 , SM 02 , PFCG, v..v...v.) .I don't understand why the error is for authorization ?

Full agreement to the post above - another problem might be that the transactions are locked - did you check TA sm01?

Then either the "all" auth is not all or is not distributed. Are you using CUA?

by "all" i presume you're talking about SAP_ALL, user with SAP_ALL profile should be able to access those transactions...

Please verify user again, IF using CUA check that the Role/profile has been distributed to the child System
