BDC in BSP

Hi all,

I've recorded PHAP_ADMIN_PA transaction and conveterd that into a function module.the function module is remote enabled.

Im calling that function module from my BSP page,

CALL fn_module_name DEStination 'NONE'

It works fine in debug mode

when i remove the breakpoint, the BDC returns the error message 'An unexpected technical error has occured'.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks nd regards,

Jothi.P

Try putting the FM call in a method of the application class...

    This might help...

    Hi Jothi,

try removing the DESTINATION clause from your call.

    CALL fn_module_name.

    instead of

    CALL fn_module_name DEStination 'NONE'.

ABAP prepares a remote function call differently to a local one so sometimes you get different results.

Also, if possible, use the new debugger as the traditional debugger runs in the same process as the running code so it can effect it.

    Cheers
