Error in Defining the Credit Cards

Hi,

When I am trying to define a credit card under :Administration>SetUp>Banking-->Credit Cards,it is giving me following error: "Application has a Problem",A SAP Business One_20071121123711.dmp has been created,Contact support and attach a diagnostic file".

Pls help me out to in resolving this issue.

As it states it would be a better option to Contact support and attach a diagnostic file.

Since there are not common day to day problems for which someone from the Forum would have a ready answer.

I believe it is related to the Product? May be a bug..
