Status of serial number in Handling Unit is not getting updated

Dear Friends,

I am assigning the serial numbers to the Handling unit and did the PGI.

I can see those numbers in SER06 table also.

However the status of the serial number is still showing as ESTO instead of ECUS.

If I enter those serial numbers in Delivery Header level, the status gets updated.

Can someone let me know where I am going wrong?

Hello Maheshwaran,

I replicated the issue in sandbox and able to achieve it correctly

1) Created a sales order( I didn't assign Serial number here in SO)

2) Created an outbound delivery

3) Created a picking TO LT03

4) Confirmed TO LT12(

5) Main FG is packed in packing material with HU number.
