    Hi satish,

    Use trcode OB52 and be careful about variant, account year and period.

    For example;

    From per.1:1 Year:2007 To period:12 Year:2007

    From per.2:1 Year:2007 To period:12 Year:2007

    You should maintain these for each A coloumn (for example:A,D,K,M,S,V,+ .... for A coloumn)

    I think this will solve your problem.

      On OB52 screen maintain a line as:

      Var:Blank......... A:+......... From Acc:Blank

      From per.1:1 Year:2007 To period:12 Year:2007

      From per.2:1 Year:2007 To period:12 Year:2007

      Maintain other lines for A coloumn have written previous message.

      After maintain these try to create a new customer order and then make PGI.

    2007/11 is Feb 2008

    and 2007/09 is Nov 2007

    If you are using Apr-March year.
