hi pankaj,

Try this, in mrp4 click on 1 for sloc mrp indicator. when mrp runs it does'nt check the storage location and gives you purchase requisition. then convert purchase requistion to purchase order . while converting to purchase order make sure you define the storage location. then it wont consider the stock of purchase order.

This will defenetly help you out.

reward suitable points if this works.

Pankaj,

Did it work? Because MRP does not use the functionality "Availablity check" for net requirement calculation.

Dear Prasobh

Its not working when we r creating Requiement ,its should be considering when we r converting planned order to production order and then avaiability check through COHV on production order. then we can calculate the Shortage after considering the Plant stock

pl tell me how we can CHANGE IN SPRO.

I DONT WANT TO CONSIDER the PO as a stock in MRP list .i want to consider only plant stock.

Hi Pankaj

In T Code OPJJ; u can deselect "incl purchase orders" which means that if you do not want the system to take purchase orders into account, un mark the field.

Hi

normally in MRP availability check ( Tcode OPJJ) ., ddefault settings will be there.

In thise settings , not only stocks but also firmed MRp elements like firmed planned orders, PR's Po's will be considerd .

If you want to eliminate ypu can make the settings in OPJJ accordingly.
