The data inconsistencies cannot be corrected by /SAPAPO/OM17

Dear all,

on my side there is a system copy for an SCM 7.x. after the copy and i started to do the system health check , i found the data inconsistencies between the LiveCache and SCM DB.

I used /SAPAPO/OM17 to correct the those data with errors but no matter how many times i corrected them , those inconsistent set of data (same set of data) still remained.

In the following screenshot , you can see two set of data are inconsistent.

i used the "Correct all inconsistencies " "correct selected inconsistencies" cannot solve the problem at all.

When I entered the Product View (/SAPAPO/RRP3) using the product , the error of "multi-level error propagation carried out " happened.

May i know what other methods can I use in order to correct the data inconsistencies? Thanks.

Hello,

- when you run the SCM copy the SCM DB and the liveCache need to be copied in sync, to the same point in time.
