Partner Function

hi ! ,

Qus:

When I am creating purchase order without reference , Partner function is determined.But while creating purchase order with reference to PR ,RFQ ,Contracts then partner function is not determined.Where I went wrong I am not understanding.

I have maintained partners in the vendor master properly.
