Goods Issue

Hi

Created stock transfer order using standard UB order type, standard NLCC delivery type, perform IM-WM picking and Tr. Order confirmation. However when trying to Post Goods Issue using VL02N the error message occurs : “Purchase order 45XXXXXXX does not contain items for a stock transfer”

Kindly need your input.

Hi,

doc. type UB will specify the delivery type as NL.Please check.

Hi,

You need to assign the doc. type and delivery type in customizing.

go to spro -> MM-> purchasing-> purchase order -> set up for STO-> assign delivery type and checking rule.

In this screen enter the doc type UB, supplying plant and teh delivery type as NLCC and save the entries

This should solve your problem and teh system can now pick up the P.O for goods issue

Goto OLME---->Purchase Order

---

>Set up STO--

---

.> Assign Delivery type and Checking rule....Her assign Delivery type NL for your shipping plant

Then Goto....OLME---->Purchase Order

---

>Set up STO

---

.> Assign Document type,One step procedure and Under delivery tolerance----> Here Assign Doc. Type. UB to your Suppling plant and receiving plant combination.
