cannot save A4O variant

All,

i'm using BO 4.2 SP4 and A4O 2.5.200.

when user (with "View On Demand" Access Level) can not save A4O prompt variants.

when trying to do so... nothing happened.

same behavior when trying to do so at user's "My Documents".

yet, it is possible to do so with other user (who belongs to Adminstratots group).

i guess it it simple authorization issue (not sure).

what is required inorder to enable users to save A4O promt variants?

Did you find already a solution to this problem? We are facing the same issue. All preqeqs of the mentioned document are met.
