HCM Custom text fields for remarks in IT0028 (Internal Medical Service)

Hello Experts,

Is there any possibility to maintain remarks in each examination results for Internal Medical Service?

I want to maintain the reason for any abnormalities/failures of each test as remarks aloth with proficiency.

Hi Ashok, have you try to use the text functionality for this (F9 or Edit menu->maintain text). If this is greyed out in your system you can activate it via T582A, select the check box 'Text allowed'.
