KM Content: Short ID property not visible (EP 6.0 Support pack19)

We are currently on EP 6.0 Support pack19.

In KM Content: Say suppose i have a test.html page.

If i navigate to test.html -> details -> Settings -> Properties -> "Access Links" Tab

There should be a property called "Short ID".

Short ID: /guid/001234................................

Using this Short ID i can call the test.html page as below:

<Protocol>://<server>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/<short_ID>

This property is<b> <u>not visible</u></b>. It should be visible after SP12. Can you let me know the pre-reqs for this (any config needed ; any par files need to be uploaded ; any services should be started)

FYI: In Config --> Repository Managers --> GUID is<b> <u>not active</u></b>.

The GUID repository managers needs to be active, and the URI mapping service must also be active.
