Scheduling Agreement with External Agent

While exploring Scheduling Agreement with External Agent,

I have created a Scheduling Agreement with Special Stock Partner and Forwarding Agent and created a Delivery for the same.

But, When I am creating an External Delivery by Agent(VA01), The Schedule lines are not conforming and I am not able to view the Consignment Stock at Special Stock Partner.

Please Advise!
