hello! can some one resolve the following issue - If in IT0007 we put a work schedule that shows reduced hours ( 30 hours a week ), how will it be linked to Payroll where Payroll team knows that the employee only needs to be paid for 30 hours a week. Where, what and how will I define the FTE ( full time equivalent ) for that position is? Please advice.

Hi Niti,
One option would be to use the user exit on IT0007 and populate the employment percentage according to the FTE. This will then be carried forward to IT0008 and the basic pay will be reduced accordingly.
