hi Everybody,

i have a problem in viewing the Picture on the right side of initial screen in Production system. I am not able to see the picture which i have uploaded in the Production system.

User is same but the picture is able to see in One machine, not able to see in another machine. why? all systems are in the Same LAN.

anyone can tell me how to make display the image in all system?

(even i checked extras-----> setting)

hi,

do below steps will help u.

Transaction code - SMW0

X - Binary data for WebRFC application

Hit Enter

Click Execute

Click Settings -> Maintain MIME types

Click the Create button

Fill in :- TYPE : image/gif EXTENSION : .GIF

Click Save

Click Back to the Binary data for WebRFC

Click Create

Fill in :- Obj. name : ZXXXX.GIF Description :

Company Logo

Click Import and specify the filename where your

GIF file is

Located. File type is BIN. Finish press the

Transfer button.

If successful, your logo will be shown in the

Binary data for

WebRFC.

Transaction code SM30 - Table/View - SSM_CUST

Click Maintain

Click New Entries

Name Value to be set

START_IMAGE ZXXXX.GIF

RESIZE_IMAGE NO

Logoff and Login again

u do not understand what my problem is. i have done all the steps whatever you people used to say. i have uploaded the picture successfully and i m able to view it also. my question is, picture is viewable in only one system. why it is not viewable in all system even the user (xxx) is same in all the system

i thonk that is the problem of gui.gui settings.check it or update the GUI.

see jaun, picture is there. i can able to see the picture.

consider like this, i have a user xxx in Prd Sys. when i login xxx i can able to see the picture (which i have uploaded already) but, if open the same xxx user in some other machine im not able to see the picture. why it is like that?

can u please try that user xxx in production server ,before doing this just restart the system and try it will work. Thanks in Advance!

im trying it in Production Server only. this issue is there for a long time.......
