creating a webservice

Hi

i need to create an a webservice .. my requirement is.. my webservice should accept the customer number .. so, if enter the customer number then that will pass to one RFC ( Webservice-to -RFC scenario)

then that RFC will accept that customer number and that particular customer related personel information will extract from the database table generate and display ..

this is my requirement.. for this how can i approach.. initially how can i create a webservice..
