System copy?

Hi Gurus

First let me explain about our system landscape.

We have a server by name ERPDEV04 which consists of 4 instances in it i.e. single server... 4 systems they are DEV(ECC 6.0),IDES,SOLMAN,POR(portal EP 7.0)

and we have another server ERPDEV01 which consists of ECC 6.0 now the requirement is, I need to have POR (portal EP7.0) which is there in ERPDEV04 to be in ERPDEV01 .

How it is possible?

DB: oracle 10g. Platform windows 64 bit

I came to know that there is a procedure called system copy but how to do that?
