Error while Deploying to SAP HANA Cloud Platform

I want deploy to SAP HANA Cloud platform from Web IDE but I have a problem. firstly, should I register in launchpad and how? Could you help me?

Have you first registered to the Portal service within the SAP Cloud Platform? If not then please register to this service, please refer Introduction and initial configuration for Portal service in SAP cloud Platform : Part 1. Then create at least one Fiori Launchpad site in the portal and then try registering your app from Web IDE to the Fiori Launchpad on Cloud Platform.
