Hi,

how can i monitoring the comm channel from runtime workbench and how to know the support pack of my xi server,

    Hi Somenath,

    You can know Support Pack details from Design(IR) or from Configuration(ID), go to menu options of Help,click on information you can able to view the pop up Information on the Application under section of Version u can view the details of Service pack,Relaease etc..

    check in component monitoring or u can check in adapter monitoring. For SP goto XI home page. Clk on Admin and view s/w information.

    Hi somenath,

    In RWB in Component monitoring select central adapter engine,there you can see communication channel monitoring..

    If you want to know SP of u r XI go to XI GUI and there

    Syste--status--


    u can see SP.
